THE BODY
This deeply restorative and grounding massage is a meditative session using intuitive and intentional touch to help bring awareness to your body, mind, and breath.
Flowing connective strokes and gentle manipulation of the muscles will work to unravel the body’s tensions— allowing you to move through the world with a greater sense of balance, presence and ease.
1hr — $150.00
THE FACE
Face massage that blends facial sculpting, somatic release and gentle nervous system regulation to support both your skin and overall wellbeing.
Working through the connected areas of the neck, chest and jaw, it helps release built-up tension that can show up as tightness, dullness or facial fatigue. Using sculpting massage, mindful touch and calming breathwork, the treatment encourages circulation while helping the body settle into a more relaxed state.
The result is a naturally lifted, brighter and more balanced complexion — along with a sense of ease that comes from supporting the body as a whole.

Information
CURRENT AIRBNB COLLABORATIONS:
Provider House, Lenah Valley.
BOOKINGS:
Two hour minimum per booking.
Treatments will be one after another, when two or more people are booked.
Make sure the space is warm, for your comfort.
CANCELLATIONS:
A cancellation fee of 50% is to be paid if treatment is cancelled within 24 hours of our scheduled booking time.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Please inform me of any injuries past/present and medical conditions, prior to your appointment.
PAYMENT:
Payment is to be completed at your appointment, via card with Square reader or cash (correct amount only).
